Every custom board is hand-shaped by Alessandro Pierre in our Seignosse workshop. From blank selection to final glassing, every detail is crafted for you.

The Process

1. Consultation

We discuss your level, your waves, your preferences. In person at the workshop or by phone.

2. Design & Shape

Alessandro designs your shape on AkuShaper then finishes by hand. Tail, rails, fin setup choices.

3. Glassing & Finishing

Lamination, sanding, custom artwork if you want. Final quality control.

4. Delivery

Pick up your board at the workshop or delivery across Europe.
